Sicilian durum wheat pasta Romantici - Artisan, produced exclusively with 100% wheat grown in Sicily, without mycotoxins, herbicides and in no way genetically modified. The type of pasta called Romantici® is a type of busiata, of medium length, composed of two strands of pasta twisted together, differently as for busiate, to recall the embrace of two lovers.

Excellent format, full-bodied and very fragrant, ideal for meat recipes, sauces, fish gravies and also very versatile for the oven, with sauce and bechamel. Sicilian wheat is considered one of the best grains produced in the world, with excellent nutritional characteristics and, given its structure, naturally resistant to mycotoxins and parasites, making the applications of herbicides and pesticides unnecessary, such as glyphosate, which for foreign grains they are, however, necessary.

Sicilian wheat is not imported, therefore it does not lie for months in the damp and wet holds of cargo ships, consequently not producing mold of any kind. A natural product suitable for the safe feeding of children and fragile people.
