Artisanal lemon busiate, produced with 100% Sicilian durum wheat and 4% lemon from Sicilian production. The short format of these busiate is perfectly suited to recipes with full-bodied sauces, preferably fish-based such as prawns, salmon, tuna, but also vegetables and cherry tomatoes. The lemon aroma with which these busiate are produced makes them unique and much appreciated, especially if garnished with basil or Mediterranean herbs.
Busiata is a form of pasta typical and exclusive to the Trapani area, in the western part of Sicily, an area with very famous beaches, such as San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello.
