Trapani pistachio busiate, artisanal, produced according to ancient tradition using only and exclusively 100% Sicilian grains. The variant of this pasta, flavored with pistachio, is one of the Sicilian excellences that fills the first courses of our island and beyond with flavor.

With 6% Sicilian pistachio cream, the mixture of these busiate gives an excellent taste and aroma, traditionally Mediterranean and extremely satisfying. The main recipe to best enjoy this type of pasta features pistachio pesto, bacon and a cheese with a strong flavor such as Sicilian pecorino or caciocavallo.
