These general conditions govern remote sales in compliance with European consumer protection directives and applicable international cross-border e-commerce regulations.

2. Object of the Contract

Under these Terms and Conditions, the Seller sells and the CUSTOMER purchases remotely the tangible movable goods (products) indicated and offered for sale on the website www.italicumstore.com. The contract is concluded exclusively via the Internet once the CUSTOMER accesses www.italicumstore.com and successfully submits a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the platform.

Account registration is not mandatory to make a purchase on www.italicumstore.com. However, creating an account allows the CUSTOMER to access their profile, modify personal data, monitor order history, and easily repeat previous orders.

3. Formation of the Contract and Delivery

1. The sales contract is considered legally binding only upon the sending of a separate Shipment Confirmation Email by the Seller. Immediately after placing an order, the CUSTOMER will receive an automatic order summary email containing the customer details, prices of the goods, shipping fees, and delivery address. The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the accuracy of all data therein and to promptly notify the Seller of any required corrections.

2. The Seller undertakes to describe and present all items on the website as accurately as possible. However, minor inaccuracies, typographical errors, or slight differences between the website imagery and the actual product may occur. Product photographs and graphics on www.italicumstore.com are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.

3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within a maximum of 30 days starting from the day following the order confirmation, unless a different delivery timeline is explicitly specified for international shipments during checkout.

4. Product Availability

1. Product availability refers to the stock levels visible at the time the CUSTOMER consults the product pages. This availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to simultaneous traffic from multiple users on the platform, items may be sold to other customers before the order is finalized.

2. Even after the initial order confirmation email has been sent, a product may become partially or totally unavailable. In such events, the CUSTOMER will be informed immediately via email and can choose whether to accept the partial delivery of available items or request a full cancellation and refund of the order by contacting: info@italicum.it.

5. Payment Methods

1. Payments on www.italicumstore.com can be securely made via Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. For credit card or PayPal transactions, the order amount is initially only pre-authorized (reserved) upon checkout. The actual charge to the CUSTOMER’s account will take place only at the moment of shipment. If an ordered item is found to be unavailable, the Seller will immediately reverse the pre-authorized amount for the missing item.

2. All payment transactions and data communicated by the CUSTOMER are processed over encrypted lines (SSL/TLS protocol) in full compliance with the highest international security standards (PCI-DSS).

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy)

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must inform VA.ZI. ITALIA S.A.S. (Piazza Tommaso Natale, 117, 90147 Palermo, Italy, Email: info@italicum.it) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Unless otherwise stated or offered by the Seller, the CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging.

7. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to European regulations, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes, accessible via the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
