A selection of tasting boxes to savor the best of traditional Sicilian recipes, with or without tomatoes, with fish and meat, with vegetables and legumes. Sicilian macco di fave, a popular Palermo specialty handcrafted with dried Sicilian broad beans flavored with wild fennel and Mediterranean flavours. The sauce for pasta with sardines, very famous and in great demand for its strong and delicate flavour, produced in Palermo by the historic F.lli Contorno factory.

How to use ready-made sauces

Ready-made sauces and condiments for pasta can be used immediately without further cooking. Once the pasta has been drained, the contents of the jar can be heated in a small pan before use, or it can be poured directly onto the hot pasta, stirring and flavoring to taste with a drizzle of oil, pepper or parsley according to the type of product and the own tastes. The authenticity and craftsmanship of the products we offer is a guarantee of safety for the ingredients used, controlled and collected in the traditional way. Quick for a lunch to organize in a few minutes, or a dinner after a day of work.

How the tasting boxes are made up

Our compositions of ready-made sauces and condiments are of different sizes, starting from a minimum of 6 products, in rotation:

• Tasting box 6 pieces
• Tasting box 10 pieces
• Tasting box 15 pieces
• Tasting box 20 pieces
  
  The minimum of 6 pieces allows tasting for a week, on average, while the larger compositions can be used as a spare or for gifts to relatives and friends. The products are mixed, with a maximum of 2 pieces per flavour, on rotation.
