Payment methods accepted on www.italicum.it

The payment methods offered to the Customer on the portals owned by www.italicum.it www.eatalicum.com www.wepackage.it are 3:  

1. Credit or prepaid cards (via Paypal service) 
2. Paypal account (for Holders) 
3. Advance bank or postal transfer
        

1. CREDIT CARDS  

After completing all the stages of the order, in the cart before sending the order, the preferred payment method among those available is requested. Payment by credit card is managed by the Paypal service provider which does not require any obligation to open an account, but simply allows by entering the data present on the card and relating to the Holder, to proceed with the purchase as a guest and therefore without any further relationship between the User and the Paypal service manager, once the transaction has been concluded.  

Payment by credit card, for settings defined by VA.ZI. ITALIA S.A.S. itself, on our portals, remains a simple pre-authorization until the time of shipment and therefore, the charge will be confirmed only when our warehouses have verified the actual availability of the requested goods, and prepared the shipment. Nothing will be charged to the Customer before shipping, therefore, in the event of any partial unavailability of the goods as well as integrations and additions made by the Customer after the order has been sent, the payment amount can be modified and adjusted to the actual quantities and types of goods that will be shipped. Once the transaction is completed (pre-authorization), a notification confirming acceptance of the payment will be sent by Paypal, and consequently upon acceptance of the payment by Paypal, a notification from our system will also be sent to confirm the correct entry of the order. In the event that the Customer wishes to change the payment method after the order has been sent, it is possible to do so by communicating it via the contact channels made available, i.e. telephone, WhatsApp, email. 

The change is made by the sales representative in real time and, in the event of a change in favor of payment by credit card, VA.ZI. ITALIA S.A.S. will produce at the time of shipment, a request for payment via Paypal, which will be notified to the Customer via email to the address indicated at the time of the order, containing a payment link pre-filled by Paypal through which you will be connected in complete safety, to the payment page where you can enter the payment card details to be used, without having to open an account, to complete the transaction (pre-authorization). All phases of payment, confirmations, communications and notifications relating to it, are protected by the secure connection verifiable with the padlock symbol, in the URL bar on the left next to the beginning of the address, and are managed by the Paypal payment service provider.  

Payments made via credit cards / Paypal are not subject to commissions, paid exclusively by VA.ZI. ITALIA S.A.S. at the time of collection, however, in the case of larger amounts exceeding € 500.00 or in the case of customized estimates of even higher amounts, the SUPPLIER has the right not to accept payment by credit card or Paypal, due to the high commissions applied, in favor of a payment by bank transfer that will be expressly requested from the CUSTOMER, with full right to accept or not. Where payment by card is the only one available to the Customer, the partial or total application of sales commissions in addition to the payment amount will be proposed.

2. PAYPAL ACCOUNT  

The Customer may choose, at the time of ordering, the payment method by credit card, then proceeding to use via Paypal, the credit card or the account possibly owned on Paypal to complete the requested transaction. In the event that the Paypal account is used, the amount will not be debited immediately, as for payments with credit cards, but will remain a simple pre-authorization until the shipment of the goods.  

Payment via Paypal, whether using a credit card or your own account, also offers the possibility of paying the amount for the purchase in three installments, dividing the total into 3 equal monthly payments instead of everything at once. Payment in three installments is offered to Customers in a discretionary manner by Paypal and is based on decision criteria completely external to our administration. 

If the User is entitled to use the payment in 3 installments, he will see the possibility to join at the time of payment. Payment in three installments Paypal, as well as that by credit card or Paypal account, is similarly kept in pre-authorization until confirmation of the warehouse and shipment. It is possible to send a payment via Paypal, by credit card or through your own account, also indicating the email address associated with our company Paypal Account: info@italicum.it

3. ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER  

Orders placed through our portal can also be paid by advance bank or postal transfer, to be sent at the same time as the warehouse order confirmation. The transfer must be made, at the latest, before the shipment of the goods to the bank details indicated in the order confirmation email received immediately after placing the order. It is preferable to wait for the warehouse confirmation, regarding the availability of the requested products, before preparing the payment by bank transfer, or if made at the same time as the order, the receipt with the C.R.O. number of the operation can be sent by email to amministrazione@italicum.it.  

In the event that payment is made by bank transfer before order confirmation, but the goods are partially or totally unavailable, the Customer is offered an alternative for the missing product, of equal or higher amount, which the Customer has the right to accept or refuse and in the latter case, request a partial or total refund of the amount paid, which will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank details that the Customer will indicate, within a maximum of 7 working days from the day of the refund request.
