Tasting box is the new category of Italicum.it which offers our typical products already present on the site, in tasting packs of different sizes, divided by type to offer the best of typical Sicilian and Calabrian foods, without having to buy them one piece at a time.

The offers in the boxes concern all typical food products, from pasta to cured meats, wines, juices, preserves, sauces and gravies, organized in packs with different types of food for each category, to try multiple products with a single purchase, or stock up on food but also food gifts all year round.

The pasta is typical Sicilian pasta, produced with only 100% Sicilian wheat, guaranteed by Poiatti SpA of Mazara del Vallo (TP), an excellent product with many formats to choose from.

The sauces and preserves are artisanal, Sicilian and Calabrian, with vegetables, fish, genuine and controlled ingredients, produced locally by leading Sicilian and Calabrian companies, which guarantee taste and authenticity.

The renowned Calabrian cured meats, 'Nduja, capocollo, or that of the Nebrodi made with Nebrodi pigs, mortadella, raw poscutto from black pigs, fragrant cooked pork from pigs raised in the valley of the Nebodi Park, are just some of the excellences that we offer.

Genuine cheeses from the Nebodi valley, artisanal and good as per centuries-old tradition, without substances or additives other than the milk of the sheep and calves of our land. Maiorchino, a type of Sicilian pecorino that is very renowned and now very difficult to find, is offered in our boxes together with many other products.

Wines, from Pantelleria, Miceli winery, but also bergamot wine, fruit liqueurs, bergamot liqueurs, produced between Sicily and Calabria, to satisfy the needs and tastes of many of our customers who have long chosen us from all over the world.

Extra virgin olive oil from the Trapani valleys, also flavored with citrus fruits or rosemary, garlic.

We deal with Sicilian flours made from ancient grains, Mallorca, Perciasacchi, Tumminia, excellences that are good for the body and guarantee the continuation of Sicilian traditions.
