Artisan short Trapani busiate, produced with 100% Sicilian durum wheat and water. An artisanal, non-industrial process, the result of experience and a careful selection of the best Sicilian grains, naturally free of mycotoxins and particular treatments. Sicilian artisanal pasta is characterized by a greater consistency than industrial pasta, and thanks to the excellent quality of the 100% Sicilian wheat used, an optimal cooking resistance, which keeps the pasta compact and the fragrance intact.
Busiate are traditionally typical of the Trapani area, and are generally recommended for recipes with full-bodied meat sauces, creamy sauces based on fish and pistachio.
