The Nebrodi gastronomy, the Sicilian mountain range of the eastern part in the province of Messina, located between the Madonie and the Peloritani making up the Sicilian Apennines, is renowned above all for the gastronomic excellence it offers, thanks to the experience and authenticity of the local businesses and local agri-food resources.

One of the gastronomic excellences of the Nebrodi is constituted by the black pig of the Nebrodi, in fact, an autochthonous local pork and extremely tasty and delicious. From the black pig of the Nebrodi, excellent cured meats are produced with very high nutritional values and great delicacy. From raw ham to seasoned salami, but still, capocollo, mortadella, lard, cooked ham, sausage and bacon coppata, all produced by a local historical company that collaborates with us.

But the Nebrodi do not only give us black pigs, but also a quality of milk from their own controlled and indigenous local farms, which has nothing to do with the commercial milk supply chains, albeit of high quality. Seasoned cheeses of excellence ranging from provola, to Maiorchino, to pecorino, for a gastronomic experience that represents the heart of true Sicily.

In this section, however, we also offer preserves, flours, biscuits and many other products that promise to give an extreme sensation of pleasure to the palate of gourmets from all over Italy and Europe.
