The red wine
BAARIA Nero d'Avola, a famous Sicilian single-vineyard, produced by the
Miceli Cellars, is made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes grown in the area
between Castelvetrano and Sciacca, from vines owned by Miceli Cellars. With
a full-bodied taste and rightly tannic, with hints of Berry cherry and
plum, it goes very well with full-bodied meat dishes, first courses and
spicy seasoned cheeses. Nero d'Avola is a Sicilian single-vineyard from the area of Noto, Syracuse and spread throughout Sicily. The Nero d'Avola Baaria Miceli, is a very pleasant red wine and ideal for important lunches and dinners.

Harvest period: Mid September
Wine-making : De-stemming the grapes. alcoholic fermentation on the skins for about 10 days at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in steel tanks.
Appearance: Ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma: Fruity and with special cherry and berries
Taste: Enveloping, savory with a fresh acidity rightly tannic
Food pairing: It goes well with pasta dishes with sauces and even medium-aged cheeses and red meats.
