The tomato sauce
with a mixture of porcini mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, is a
specialty that combines the taste of the Sicilian mountains, Madonite,
with the fragrance of the countryside caressed by the sea breeze. The
mixed mushrooms and the porcini mushrooms together give the pleasure of
the mountain woods, completed with Sicilian siccagni tomatoes (like
Sicilian tomatoes with a lot of pulp and a little water). With grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese, one of the simplest and most extraordinary Sicilian recipes is created.

Ingredients: 83% tomato, mushrooms 13%, 3% extra virgin olive oil, onion, wine, garlic, parsley, pepper.
