The Tomato Sauce in extra virgin olive oil caters for more sophisticated tastes of the consumer. Alone or with other vegetables and spices, is perfect for preparing bruschetta, salads, appetizers, pasta dishes and tasty sauces for main courses.
Of course also serves as the main basis of the Neapolitan sauce, and of Bolognese sauce by adding the ground beef and remaining ingredients.
