The sicilian Margherite pasta we propose you, is typical of Poiatti production and is a specialty of pasta typical of the area of Palermo, which is also called "Margherita" (Daisy), and we can define it a small wrinkled lasagna, great with tomato sauce or a sauce made with shrimp and zucchini.
The wheat used for this pasta, allows cooking within 9 minutes while remaining "al dente".
