The pistachios paste is a sicilian specialty and it
came from the union of marzipan with pistachios.
It is used almost exclusively as a base for sweet or dissolved in water, in proportion to 125 grams (4,24 Oz.) per Lt.1 of water, to create the "milk of pistachio" typical Sicilian refreshing drink, or base for the Sicilian granita and pistachio ice cream.

Ingredients: sugar, pistachio 14% blanched almonds 12%, glucose syrup, invert sugar, preservatives: potassium sorbate, flavorings.
